Not working with newer versions of SDR#

The developers of SDR# seem to have changed the way how plugins are integrated. Things i noticed:

  • They do not deliver SDRSharp.Radio.ddl and SDRSharp.Common.dll anymore
  • FrontEnds.xml does not exist anymore

Also, compiling sdrsharp-bladerf from source seems to not work anymore due to missing dependencies. Would you mind taking a look at these issues?
