No coverage running at JUnit PDE Test

I'm trying to run a Test suite() by selecting "Cover As > JUnit PDE Test". My tests successfully run but I get no coverage (all code is red, even my test code).

If I switch and try to run as "JUnit Test" I will get coverage, but my tests fail b/c they require the workbench. Same tests run on cmd-line with cobetura, but I can't seem to get JUnit Plug-in Tests to give me proper results.

Are there known issues with covering JUnit Plug-in Tests?
