Location of avrdude.conf

Hi Thanks for this, it helped me burn my 1284p bootloader with my pololu avr programmer. Just one small problem which got my stumped for a while - avrdude.conf is in the wrong location - it needs to be in tools/avr/etc

I also had the same problem, I copied avrdude.conf to etc as well as in the tools folder. Could then upload blink firmware. Without it I got various errors like java lang, could not find avr 1284...etc
