Portable version without admin rights

Is there any portable version von tdm-gcc-64?

I just want to have all files in a zip archive to extract it without running an installer.

Hi! I was using it this way for quite some time, I don't think you'll have any issues just copying the files after installation. If I recall correctly, you can directly extract the exe installer as a regular archive, no need to even run the installation process.
