Controls are confusing

Many of the controls (for example for picking up and using items) are confusing. Controlling the game should be made simpler and more intuitive, while using the minimum number of keys necessary

r to interact is easy to reach on the keyboard but I always mix it up with f to attack. Still the indications make it easy to understand.
