Add TODO list

Considering this project is still under development, it would be very useful to have some kind of TODO list. In this way, other people could help by eventually sending pull requests.

This is a good idea. I'll try to put together a TODO list.

Or if you're in a hurry, feel free to put a TODO in README.md and submit a PR. :)
