More predictable behaviour when using destination view

Created a brunch to fix this issues One, Two.

Now when you show popup in view with center it adds the popup as the subview to that view, not as window's subview.

These changes do not resolve the problem. I'm trying to show a alertcontroller but it is shown under the popup.
