need gitlab support for in-house dev env

Probably will be quite a lot of work as the API's are not similar.

Additionally I think this would be pointless for gitlab as it has a lot of metrics like this on the platform already https://docs.gitlab.com/ee/user/analytics/value_stream_analytics.html
