Scale Emoji with Text Size/ Manually Change Emoji to Text Ratio

Is it possible to change the size of the emojis to match the font-size. Large size fonts look strange with small (relatively) emojis next to them. I know eventually the emoji would pixelate, but Im not too worried about that.

Also, can I alter the relative size of the emoji compared to the text, the emoji is roughly the same size as 20ish point font, can I make it twice as big when using 20 point font?
