Add `selection::sort_lines` command

Hi,

another one of my old branches. This really just needed a quick, trivial rebase. Again, would be a waste if that just got forgotten completely.

The default keymap of course was just chosen by me ~randomly ("o" for order), but no hard feelings if you want something else.
