visual mode seems unoptimized

So when I use line selection mode and just navigate by J and K it does not looks steady enough and even my CPU starts to use some of it's processing power.

@adsick can you give more context? If you're trying to select all of the contents of a very large file, that can be expensive at first. Amp will lazily parse the file for syntax highlighting, and if you navigate to the bottom of a large file, that can take some time. However, amp caches the parse state at intervals throughout the buffer, so subsequent highlights should be quite quick.

I am currently without Amp (on Win10) but I remember, that the file was not very big and that line selection was not as smooth as I would like it (or maybe I am just too demanding)
