Idk. they havent posted any realeses. and by the fact its a read-only repo.... I dont think they are

That repository has some older versions, like v1.1.3, and maybe others too ? But unfortunately, there's no source code.
Looking at https://github.com/jmacd/xdelta/network there area a bunch of forks. Is anyone aware of who is planning to maintain a fork long-time, and thus what should we all start using as this project seems to be abandoned now?
