Is there a SDK which provides xdelta for flatpak?

Hi, i am looking for a xdelta to be added on my flatpak

i wanted to know if there are any SDKs which i can use for a flatpak application

the application in question is Lutris, as the flatpak doesnt seem to include xdelta by default, hence i want to try and patch it
