Reload Integration Requires Restart of Home Assistant

I find the integration stops communicating once a week or so. When I try to reload the integration through the GUI a pop-up stating that Home Assistant must be restarted to reload the integration.

Can this be improved so that the integration will reload without restarting Home Assistant?
