New peerings over in Europe / Asia, and updating an existing record for my Toronto node. Thanks!

Peering in US-west in addition to Toronto is perfectly fine. My recommendation is at least one peering per region, but the more the merrier. The two coasts of North America are far enough that going to the other side of the continent and back is not ideal generally
