Refactor of demos

  • Fixed sheetsee-tables as it doesnt work anymore due to Google's shutdown of gData, but as mentioned in jsoma/tabletop#187 the new deal is Papa Parser, so I've adapted the demo to that. Obviously the whole sheetsee site docs need reworking @jlord
  • Added spreadsheet demo
