How to "select directory"

Excuse my ignorance, but what does it mean to select directory after completing "create repository" step? When I click the button, it opens up my finder, but I'm not sure what I'm supposed to select or open after that.

You need to select your hello-world directory. So Git-it knows where to verify the challenge... ;)
