Good question. I'd say the primary (easy) goal is for the list of all currently seated members of Congress to be accurate. Ideally it should be updated within a week...
FYI we had a first submission yesterday via https://github.com/jlopp/bitcoin-politicians/pull/38 I'll be evaluating it this weekend but it's looking promising.
I've validated #38 and it runs perfectly for me while meeting the bounty criteria. Submission accepted!

Has anyone confirmed that this is fixed? I have a Safe 5 in hand and am running master branch commit fbca54db49dd52d4b60338d8244d7e10bae3ed52 I'm still receiving the "model not supported" error.
