I'd like to know how to built a custom camera app with a library like https://github.com/Glamdring/EasyCamera in Nativescript.

+1 there is a tutorial here http://developer.telerik.com/featured/using-native-libraries-in-nativescript/ but there isn't any tutorial with ng-nativescript.
