Wiimote won't sync at all after installing drivers

I installed the drivers correctly with the driver certification, but then my Wiimote didn't want to connect at all. I tried removing the device with control panel, but now Windows won't pick it up at all, no matter what I try. I tried scanning with Dolphin, adding a Bluetooth device from Control Panel, nothing picks it up.
