Is or will there be a version that is only for Linux so you don't need a steam deck and can use it for windows and linux dual or triple or quad booting?

Yes, this pretty much already exists, although some final polish is missing. It's still a little bit buyer beware here.

It's definitely possible to install there, but I've only made it most convenient for Fedora based distros for now. It's a work in progress.
