Added 2FA Support

Does not work with SMS based 2FA Was not tested with cookie storage

It's probably a good idea to also include the possibility to login using the 6 digit key directly. The 2fa secret is considered to be as sensitive as the user's password. Thus, if a service is running long enough to only need to be logged in once in a while, hiding this information is good practise. Loosing the possibility to login after 30 seconds is better regarding security. This would only require few changes to the PR.

I just did a cleanup on my account, and part of it was deleting obsolete forks. But don't worry, the commits are preserved (just look above), so the PR can still be merged manually (if the maintainer ever comes back). Or you can also cherry pick the changes in your forks as well.
