Can we build this on Mac and Linux

I am planning to integrated 7z in my application all three platform. I found on window we have SDK which we can download and integrate in our source code. For Mac and Linux there is alpha version (21.02 alpha) release for Mac and Linux. https://7-zip.org/sdk.html. I did not find any option to download this alpha released version. Can you please help with this. Or can you please let me know whether we can build this repos for Mac and Linux. Steps to build. Or please share where can I download alpha release
