Open "Redirect URL" in new tab/window

Hi, I don't know if I'm using this correctly (issue? request?) At the moment I'm using this form to redirect users to another website, so my visitors go away from my forum. Is it possible to add something like target="_blank" inside the code? Thanks in advance!
