Getting it to work

Hi,

I'm probably being a massive goon, but I can't seem to get this to work. My laptop (running Google Chrome on Windows 7) is on the same network as my iPhone; I try to go to the 'phone's IP address in my browser (so currently http://192.168.1.4:8080), and nothing happens. I got WifiSMS 1.1.0 from Cydia (BigBoss), and enabled it via SBSettings; I can't see what else I haven't done...

Any thoughts?!
