For what chip and firmware version are you trying to build something? What patch are you trying to build?

Does the answer in issue #146 solve your problem? (Did you run `make` in the nexmon repository's root directory?)

Just to be clear, with nexmon's root directory I don't mean "`nexmon/patches/bcm4358/7_112_200_17_sta/nexmon`". And when you ran `make` in the nexmon's root directory, did everything execute without errors? On what system...

Probably similar to #600 ; try the solution proposed there.

We do not provide any precompiled / prepatched firmware and also advice against using those. You should always generate your own patched firmware.

We are not related to Raspberry Pi nor Kali Linux - but if you want to get this to work I suggest you to first get Kali Linux to correctly...

Well, if it doesn't matter what OS you are using, I suggest to go for Raspberry Pi OS then. From the log output I can see that on Raspberry Pi...

The log says: `brcmfmac: brcmf_c_preinit_dcmds: Firmware: BCM43430/1 wl0: Jun 14 2023 07:27:45 version 7.45.96.s1 (gf031a129) FWID 01-70bd2af7 es7`, which is the versioning string of [brcmfmac43436s-sdio.bin](https://github.com/RPi-Distro/firmware-nonfree/blob/bookworm/debian%2Fconfig%2Fbrcm80211%2Fbrcm%2Fbrcmfmac43436s-sdio.bin).

Make sure to put a space in there, like this: `nexutil -s428`
