Added a simple makefile and removed the .py file extension.

Title says it all. Easier if you want to install the script, just run the makefile and the file is put into the bin folder.

I'm a bit naive when it comes to system-level stuff, what's the benefit of removing the .py extension?

This just moves the file to the systems bin folder so that you can just write the file's name from anywhere and be able to run the script. The reasoning for removing the .py extension is simply that it looks better when calling said script :P
