"Developers" and "Contributors" categories in "About" dialog

Since we got quite a bit of contributions for 1.12 from two active developers, I decided to add a new panel to "About" dialog to highlight the qualitative difference between doing multiple contributions and participating in development discussion in Issues and doing just a one off patch.

The first contributors to be added to "Developers" instead of "Contributors" are dvdlvr and ratherlargerobot.

We are using Github nicks if no names are provided in user info.

If you wish to have your name in these lists instead of the Github nick or have some other requests regarding these lists, comment here or submit pull request against relevant resource files /res/help/developers and /res/help/contributors.

Translators have their own panel.

I made the lists of contributors and translators a long time ago based infos found in github profiles, because using full names are more respectful. Also I wrote them in separate lines which looks better (in my opinion). Now I share the lists here (using the original order found in contributors/translators files):

I'll try how these lists look next time do patches, maybe using names if known instead of Github nicks is a better approach.
