[ Adjustment ] Temporary Files Layout

Reworked the layout of the temporary files generated by the cli based on #258.

Thought about it for a while and went with the following strategy:

  • OS tmp as base
  • Static SpeedScope directory to keep all uses bundled
  • Dynamically random generated folder to avoid collections
  • Static names for the source & wrapper files
