Apostrophe in Filter value fails

Attempting to filter on a value with an apostrophe (ie a name like D'Anna) causes an "error reading from database" error.

Hi David! Thanks for reporting this and my apologies for the late reply. Could you please add more information such as replication instructions, error messages and screenshots? It will help to reproduce the issue and try to fix it :-) TIA!

Hi Sara - Unfortunately, I abandoned this plugin because of issues with more recent versions of Moodle. It was a great plugin, but it's fallen on hard times.

I got the SQL error when using User field filter or Search text with apostrophe, using PostgreSQL. I made quick fix PR #211
