Configurable Reports - HTML view doesn't work in the Atto editor when using Right-to-left UI

Hi, Since I'm not sure that the issues of the plugin in Moodle Tracker are being read, I'm re-opening an issue that sits there, believing that maybe here is the right place to take care of it, since it seems that people open issues here nowadays.
