[Bug] Out of date version preventing login

Current Behavior

The container is running Nginx Proxy Manager v2.12.3

This version has issues logging in. See this issue on the Ngnix Proxy Manager repo: https://github.com/NginxProxyManager/nginx-proxy-manager/issues/4606

Expected Behavior

The container should be updated to v2.12.6. This fixes this login issue.
