Make gravatar image loading configuratable

By default nginx-proxy-manager is loading images from "gravatar.com". Is there a way to disable that in a configuration?

Would be amazing, because I just want to use it without having a connection to outside. (Yes I know there a ways to block connection to "gravatar.com", but I think about a configuration checkbox like wordpress has also implemented.

@workpush Is your problem solved? I also want to have a self-image of Gravatar.
