Problem when adding USER_ID variable in Docker

Open tokyographer opened this issue 1 year ago • 1 comments

When adding USER_ID and GROUP_ID on the advanced settings of the Docker container, required fields appear and wont let me save the settings. Leaving the fields blank wont work, and I dont know the values here.

These are the variables that appear required:

SUP_GROUP_IDS INSTALL_PACKAGES VNC_PASSWORD AUTOMAT ED_CONVERSION_OUTPUT_SUBDIR AUTOMATED_CONVERSION_VIDEO_FILE_EXTENSIONS AUTOMATED_CONVERSION_HANDBRAKE_CUSTOM_ARGS AUTOMATED_CONVERSION_INSTALL_PKGS

This is an issue with Synology. You should/can remove all variables that you don't need (i.e. all variables that you don't change the value). See https://github.com/jlesage/docker-handbrake#deployment-considerations
