Support placeholder for tablet file name suffix

This is a feature request. Currently, placeholders (both default ones like %a, and custom ones like %4 as in #130 ) work in "Renaming rules", but not in "save copy of annotated file with subfix" in "Tablet Settings". I use the JSON settings here.

Can this be implemented?
