Works fine for me on Windows 11. Error 403 forbidden sounds like an SSL cert expiration error. Try from a different network (different DNS) or maybe there was an outage.

I would also suggest a `pyprojects.toml` so people can simply `pip install poetry`, `poetry update` & `poetry run python main.py` and it'll handle maintaining the virtual environment

If it's just your CSS & JS I would expect it may be the PHP server believes it's relative pathing is wrong. i.e., `/js/myfile.js` vs `./js/myfile.js` is resolving differently. So...
