playerid_reverse_lookup does not have 2025 rookies included

The player ID lookup is not updated to new data. The data pull is from Chadwick Baseball Bureau Persons Register.

https://github.com/jldbc/pybaseball/issues/489#issuecomment-3564342911 has a bit more insight on this. The tl;dr is that I don't think pybaseball currently supports recent Lahman data
