loading Lahman data is not working

Hello, it seems we cannot access to lahman data using this API. Both two location in lahman.md seems deprecated.

Hello!

See the discussion in https://github.com/jldbc/pybaseball/issues/391. I don't think Lahman exports are supported in this repository anymore.

To the Maintainers

There are two separate open pull request resolving this issue

Both PRs have been open for over a year meaning Lahman has not been working for over a year.

Also Lahman is now hosted at https://sabr.app.box.com/s/xj9hia4lpuqae4j62m42kkmcxv5m3a5z so we do not and should not host our own
