Add demo GIF to the page

(Not for the plugin, but for the repo.)

I think it would good if a frequent user could record a gif of the plugin in action. I don't use this plugin (yet), so I don't think a demo from me would be that useful and detailed. Peek is a very good tool to record a GIF.
