Suggestion: Detect subtitle language with Compact Language Detector v3

Hi,

I'm currently running mnamer in batch mode on my server and the detection of subtitle language leaves me with a lot of ignored subtitles files because not all files have a double character language code in their name.

I would like to add Compact Language Detector v3 as a runtime dependency so that mnamer is able to guess the language of subtitle files better.

If you like the idea, I can work on a pull request.

I like the idea! Most subtitles are skipped for me at the moment:

skipping (subtitle language can't be detected)
