Add double tap to sleep to homescreen.

This is one of two features keeping me on Olauncher 😭

I've been using Unlauncher for a couple of months now and this is probably the feature I miss most, definitely. Just got a work phone for my job and the default homescreen on it has the feature and that just reminded me how much I missed it.
