ActiveMQ support for NLog

Added ActiveMQ target to .NET 2.0, 3.5, and 4.0 NLog.Extended solutions. Added ActiveMQ examples to Configuration API and Configuration File folders. Added ActiveMQ target to NLog.Extended.Doc solution.

Hi David, The new home of NLog is at http://github.com/NLog/NLog. Will it be okay if I put this into the NLog-Contrib repository?
