Race on creating a card, navigating outside the collection you're in.

If you're in the default working notes collection and just saved a card, and hit the new working-notes card button before everything fully settles, then instead of opening the card for editing on the current collection, it will navigate to the orphaned card and not open it.

It's unclear if it happens if you're still waiting for the embedding-based similarity or some other thing that has to be updated. It only started happening in the last month.
