C-s/counsel-grep-or-swiper error outs in org document!

Hi,

C-s (counsel-grep-or-swiper) works with elisp files, but not with org files.

ivy-read: Wrong number of arguments: #<subr counsel-grep-function>, 3

Any hints? Thanks!

I don't know, it works find for me. I guess it means update ivy/counsel?
