Create hide-4k-TV.py

This script will iterate through all TV shows in a given library, then for each show, iterate through all episodes. If a show has an episode which is only available in 4K, it will mark the show as "Untranscodable". If all episodes of a show are transcodable, it will remove the label.

I couldn't get your config file to work though, so I just hard-coded the configs in the script.

feel free to add this to your existing hide-4k script if you'd prefer.

Hey just curious why this wasn't merged? Maybe we need a checkbox on the web UI to hide shows if they contain any 4K episodes. 99% of the time I want my shows to be homogenous resolution. Had an issue this morning where I added 4K episodes last night and one of my users tried to transcode it. Didn't work out for them :/ I had to manually add the tag to the new show in the Plex UI.

Sorry I don’t remember closing this I must have done it by mistake.

I’m working on giving tv episodes some love at the moment so will test this at the same time.

Is this something that's still being worked on? Would be great to have similar functionality built into plex-utills as the Movies Hide 4K script but for TV too!
