Feature Idea: Add sporadic E tracking to scheduler functionality

This is just a stupid idea and you may want to reject it. The scheduler could be extended to do automated tracking of ES events by observing https://amunters.home.xs4all.nl/index.html and selecting the highest possible band that is marked as open for sporadic E. This can help to faster identification of ES events on the location of the receiver since they are pretty local. I currently set for example 6m + 4m for my two receivers during the day but if the band is closed i may miss DX on 10m which could be an automatic fallback if the receiver knows that 6m is closed.

Well, that kind of defeats the purpose of the scheduler, one important characteristic is its predictability. Also, that website doesn't instill much confidence. I'm certainly not going to start parsing HTML.

I'm open to play with the basic idea, but this needs some more thought.
