Support cookbook version diffs

Hi,

It would be nice if you could run a diff on versions up on the chef server. For example if I wanted to diff version 0.0.1 and 0.0.2 of the apache cookbook on the chef server.

I think this could help when diagnosing issues.

Indeed. This, along with a mode for environments that takes your current environment into account, would be nice. I've been thinking about a --old and --new argument for this purpose.
