Python 3.10 support missing

Can someone please compile for 3.10 so that this is also compatible with Glue 4.0.

AFIAK Lambda isn't supporting Python 3.10 yet, so this wouldn't help anyways.

Python 3.10 is now supported as of April 18.

@jkehler Apologies for the ping. 😅 Would there be any way awslambda-psycopg2 could be upgraded to support Python 3.10 (with the latest psycopg2 version)? 🙏
