Hello!

this PR will enable the use of different separator character like ';'

Thanks for reviewing @AlexMooney

This is a good addition! The only thing I don't love is the new test files for the semicolon separator aren't realistic data. Do you have realistic data that you fixed with this gem where there are unquoted semicolons in values within a semicolon delimited file, @scicco?

Hello @jkeen, I'm sorry but I can't. I used this to fix some some data that I cannot publish here for privacy issues...(the GDPR guy is watching me 😨)
