Instructions unclear / not understanding

At the last step in creating a Jitstreamer server and Step 4 indicates: To pair your device, run the "pair" binary in JitStreamer/target/release/ folder with the argument -t (your computer TailScale IP)

Im not sure how to find the Pair binary, i probably just dont understand some things but some help would be greatly appreciated!
